Alice originates from Raleigh, NC, but now lives up at Lake Tahoe.  Alice’s acoustic originals are influenced by rock, bluegrass, and folk, and diverse artists such as Richard Marx, Natalie Merchant, and John Prine. She frequently returns to the themes of loss, love, and identity; Skirts in the Snow: Beyond the Donner Party is her most recent album. Previous albums include Searching for Paradise and Old Derelicts. Alice teaches guitar, fiddle, banjo, and ukulele through the Tahoe Truckee School of Music and this summer you can find her working with the Sierra State Parks Foundation at Vikingsholm Visitor’s Center and the Sugar Pine Point State Park Visitor’s Center. Alice is currently working on songs for her most personal album yet.  Please check out her website at www.aliceosbornmusic.com
